Have an event that helps residents? Need support in programming a community engaged event? Let us help!

Follow these steps:
1) Find which service best pertains to you and click on that link
2) Email the listed contact with your proposal
3) If accepted, fill out the correct program proposal form
4) Be sure to keep any receipts and advertisements for reimbursement purposes!

RHA Local Scale Sponsorship
Purpose: For RA's and LA's who would like to request funding for a program that they're running in their individual area
Steps:
1) Click the picture above to fill out the form; send this to your GHR
2) Your GHR will message your area's RHA representatives for their approval of the program
3) If all parties approve the program, keep all receipts and advertisements to give to your Area Secretary
RHA Global Scale Sponsorship
Purpose: For internal RHA use and other Residential Life based Organizations (rare exceptions can be made for large-scale RA area-wide programs)
Steps:
1) Email uroc.rha@gmail.com; Include "RHA Global Scale Sponsorship Proposal" in the subject line
2) If accepted, click the picture above to fill out the form
3) Turn in the form, all receipts, and advertisements to Jane Cho in person (reach out through our email)
RHA SA Grant Sponsorship
Purpose: For SA-recognized organizations who would like to request funds from RHA as part of a Co-Sponsorship
Steps:
1) Email uroc.rha@gmail.com; Include "RHA SA Grant Sponsorship Proposal" in the subject line
2) If accepted, click the picture above to fill out the form
3) Turn in the form, all receipts, and advertisements to Jane Cho in person (reach out through our email)

Leadership Council
The University of Rochester Leadership Councils are student lead organizations which are dedicated to improving the quality of lived experiences in the UR Residence Halls.
​
Leadership Councils are programming groups found in all UR residence halls. Leadership councils are comprised of an executive board, hall or floor reps (one per RA) and other residents who want to be involved. Through planning programs and events for their residence halls, hall councils provide opportunities for students to have fun, meet new people and get involved both within their hall and in the larger campus community.
Special Interest Housing
Special interest housing consists of floors that have developed out of common interests in the student body. These floors perform services to the campus community and the Rochester community at large to promote their interests.
